hoW MaNy Types of audit is required for the manufactring companies?e.g.ISO audit

The major types of audits involves the following :
1. Statutory Audit under Companies Act if it is a company.
2. Tax audit when its turnover is exceeding
Rs.40.00 Lacs.
3. ISO audit is required only when a company choose to get certificate from ISO Institution.
4. In addition to above; internal audit and various other audits may be there under Income-Tax Act, Excise Act.
