This was my 4th attempt for Ca final..i had just appeared for 1st attempt in 30 days or so studies..so should i include my 1st attempt when i my asked for no. of attempts to clear final exam..i was not at all prepared for it..

Yes, even though you have prepared or not you have attempted for it so you need to count it as attempt
