31 December 2013 Sir/Madam,
I have completed my one year and eight months of articleship and i am taking termination from my articleship at this point due to my father's transfer. I got registered my articleship on 30th april 2012 which was the last day for registration if i was to attempt my CA final exams in november 2014. I got all my registration formalities completed on 30th april 2012 and now i am eligible to attempt in november 2014. But i have taken excess leaves and as i am taking termination from the office to another place i am quite doubtful whether my attempt will stick to november 2014 or will get postponed. Is there any provision in articleship rules so that my attempt doesn't gets postponed and i should be able to write in november 2014? And obviously i am ready to serve my excess leave of articleship.

31 December 2013 on the day of filling exam form for any attempt of ca final u must have completed 2 years and 6 months of articleship training to be eligible for attempting ca final exam,

so accordingly u cal in your case.

31 December 2013 well in case of excess leave, your attempt does get postponed. Obviously you are ready to serve the excess leave, but that doesn't undo the effect of excess leaves on exam attempy.
