VEHICLE (TRUCK TAKEN AS LOAN ) IN THE NAME OF WIFE CAN BE SHOWN IN THE BALANCE SHEET OF HUSBAND'S BUSINESS (HIRING OF TRUCKS FOR RENT)?
LOAN REPAYMENT AND ALL OTHERS DONE BY HUSBAND, WIFE REPRESENTED AS A LOANEE IN RECORDS ONLY.
HOW CAN PROVE THE SOURCES OF REPAYMENTS, IF WIFE RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM IT DEPARTMENT.

who has received notice? wife....right? You can place her affidavit with the department explaining the ownership of truck.
