26 June 2015 What is the difference between cum-right price and ex-right price of shares? Also what is meant by record date of right shares? Please explain with some examples. Thank You

26 June 2015 cum right means including interest of past period held.

record date means the on this day the names reflected in the staotury books of members are present as shareholder/ member and are entitled to dividend.
