12 January 2015 dear sir/madam

i am in my first year of articleship and i want to take transfer but my principal not ready to give me transfer...

now what should i do ???

plz guide me...

its urgent ....plzzz

12 January 2015 even in 1st year you need to take signature of your ca else no transfer is possible.

12 January 2015 then icai will not allow you to take transfer as his sign is compulsory.

16 January 2015 sir can i complain against my principal in ICAI for this conduct?

16 January 2015 even if you complain that is useless as icai have left it to ca for deciding whether to allow transfer or not and icai will not come in between

but ICAI says that "u can take transfer any number of times and that too without any reason in first year of your articleship"

than how can my principal resist me for same?

16 January 2015 told you in whichever year you are then need to take your ca sign first as that means he is allowing you to transfer.
