i am in my first year of articleship and i want to take transfer but my principal not ready to give me transfer...
now what should i do ???
plz guide me...

even in 1st year you need to take signature of your ca else no transfer is possible.

then icai will not allow you to take transfer as his sign is compulsory.

even if you complain that is useless as icai have left it to ca for deciding whether to allow transfer or not and icai will not come in between

told you in whichever year you are then need to take your ca sign first as that means he is allowing you to transfer.
