sir, i am a article trainee under a particular firm and our that firm has been closed and new partnership firm has been formed so, can u explain me the procedure how to get registered my article training under the new firm or it will automatically get transfered

Please contact nearest branch of icai they will guide you the procedure and forms to be filed with icai..
as per my knowledge you need to take termination and then re-registration with that firm
Please contact icai regional branhc then only you can get reliable answer..
