Articleship termination and final attempt delay

I have registered for my articleship on 20/04/2015 my final attempt should be on Nov 2017 now on 16/04/2016 l have terminated my articleship, during this tenure I have taken 60 days leave. If I rejoin in another firm on 14/05/2016 so there will be a break in my articleship from 17/04/2016 to13/05/2016 that is 27 days will I be eligible to write my CA final exam in Nov 2017.

Leaves taken is not the deciding factor. Leaves is deciding factor for finding out excess leave if any.
You need to complete 2 and half years articleship before appearing for FINAL. In you case as of 01/11/2017, you are NOT likely to complete 2 and half years. and that is how and that is why your attempt would be may 2018
