11 April 2012 i have completed both groups of ipcc and my final is due on may 2013
i have taken transfer from ca firm to another within one year
BUT
i have taken termination from one firm and joined another after a gap of three months
SO
am i eligible to give ca final attempt on may 2013

No, the period of training extend accordingly.

You should complete 3 ½ years of practical training prior to the first day of the month in which Final Examination is held.
