Articleship re-registration pending

Hello,
After termination of my articles I have re-registered my articles with my current employer from 10/07/2014 through form 103 and form 109. Now recently I accessed SIRC site to download my article registration letter but I failed to generate it. I mailed the query to srobos@icai .in an got reply that my principal has no vacancy to take me as article. It seems that the period from 10/7/2014 to 16/12/2014 i remained un registered as article. What should I do now? Pls help

Find out the CA having vacancy and get registered with this new CA.

sir do i need to pay any penalty...and is it okay if i register with new employer from back date i.e 10/7/2014 with penalty

penalty as applicable for late filling shall be applicable.

NEVER attempt for any such BACK dated deeds and documents. Whatever you want to do, do it prospectively.

If i do it prospectively i will loose my ca final attempt of nov 2016 due to 3 months delay technically. Actually my principal thought there is vacancy but now ICAI confirmed that my principal had no vacancy to join me from 10/7. I thought I am registered from 10/7 and working in current firm since 10/7 and wasted time
