which form is to be submitted on completion of articleship if student have taken transfer during articleship??form no.108 does not contain any details regarding period of articleship served under previous employer??

you need to submit 108 only and it will contain the articleship period served under current principal. the period prior to that has already been covered under form 109 that you must submitted to ICAI at the time of transfer
