27 February 2013 Dear Sir/Madam

I have registered for articleship on 1/10/2012 and also completed ITT & Orientation programme & Despathched both to Chennai office, but still i got letter from Chennai Office regarding despatch of both certificate which i have depatched last 2 weeks before only. And even i am trying to post query in e-sahayata but after submitting it is not sending grievence no to my mail address so i am not able to get solution for this.Please any one can tell solution to me

28 February 2013 Before sending of grievence no it send an confirmation activation link to your Email id first you have to activate that link then it will generate and send you grivence no. So time that activation link may go to JUNK or TRASH mail box instead of Inbox so please check that and then activate and you get grivence no.

28 February 2013 I have gone through all inbox,i did not get any messages.Even i tried from my friend mail still i did not got.

28 February 2013 I am saying please check JUNK mails and TRASH mails some time it will go to JUNK or TRASH mails. Not only verify INBOX also verify JUNK and TRASH mails box.

28 February 2013 I HAVE CHECKED ALL JUNK MAILS AND TRASH MAILS BOX ALSO.EVEN I TRIED NOW.

28 February 2013 I and my friends used several times E-sahayataa and at any time we didn't fail. So first you check is the mail id provided is correct and proper then also you not get then please try it with any other mail provider email ID for example you used Yahoo.com till now then now you use gmail or rediffmail. If then also you not success then if you like please provide all your details what you want to post at e-sahayaataa to my Email ID:sairam_tirumala@rediffmail.com i will post and forward you the grivence no you can check it.
