Hello Everybody, I have a Serious Problem, I Passed my IPCC 1st group in NOV. 2012, but because some of problems i could not start article ship that time.. but in MAY 2015 i started as an article at a CA Firm... I filled form 102 with my ca and filled 103 to send ICAI (only filled not send) but i didn't send form 103 to institute in 5 days of articleship commencement and after some days i had an accident and gone for bad rest of approx 25 days.. i got out of mind that time. and after recovery from injuries i started again going to CA firm... and forget to send form to institute.. but now
this time in SEP. 2016 i was checking my old documents and suddenly i faced that old form 103 and shouted Ohh No..
Now what to do because of its gone around 1.50 years of started articleship and not sent that form. it is the biggest mistake of me... what to do now... please suggest me something...

you can send it now. Along with that write a letter to ICAI; EXPLAINING the facts. Request ICAI to condone the delay. If ICAI deems your case fit, it may allow your retrospective period of articleship. (Else as it is, due to some problem, you could not start in 2012.....so? instead of 4 years, consider it to be 5.5 years of your problem....and start a fresh)

First ....try to get the delay condoned by ICAI
If ICAI rejects your claim, then also dont give up. Start a fresh...
