Articleship form idcard not obtained.and articleship status

sir,its been 4 months since i have sent my form 103 and id card to chennai with 2000rs dd for articles registration.till now i have only received a letter of ack for reciept of 2000 rs dd by board.i still havent received my articleship id card and i mailed about my non reciept of id to icai chennai articles query email ids and im calling them from 1 week no one is attending the call?is there any other way to contact them and solve my problem?i have checked my online article ship status its stil not updated.pls let me know how to obtain my id card.

Please post your query at e-sahayaataa available at www.icai.org at the bottom of that page under students option they will respond you and knows you status of your articleship registration process.
