Articleship form idcard not obtained.and articleship status

25 February 2013 sir,its been 4 months since i have sent my form 103 and id card to chennai with 2000rs dd for articles registration.till now i have only received a letter of ack for reciept of 2000 rs dd by board.i still havent received my articleship id card and i mailed about my non reciept of id to icai chennai articles query email ids and im calling them from 1 week no one is attending the call?is there any other way to contact them and solve my problem?i have checked my online article ship status its stil not updated.pls let me know how to obtain my id card.
