Articleship deed late submission

27 June 2018 I haven’t submitted the articleship deed form no 103 and 102 till now. I filled up the form on 30th april 2018 and the maximum period of 30 days has passed and now i can submit the form with a late fee.
What is the mode of paying such fee?
