10 March 2012 SIR I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM ICAI REGARDING THE ARTICLESHIP COMPLETION. BUT IT STATES THAT MY SIGNATURE IN FORM 108 DIFFERS FROM EARLIER RECORDS. I HAVE COMPLIED WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE LETTER AND DULY SUBMITTED THE FRESH FORMS 108. KINDLY TELL ME WHAT HARDSHIPS CAN I FACE I THIS REGARDS AND ALSO TELL ME IF I SUBMIT THE LETTR LATE THEN WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES.

10 March 2012 In case of late submission, Institute can charge you penalty for late submission.
In case you submitted fresh form 108 and comply all the requiements mentioned in letter, they will consider the same and accept for compliation.
