17 April 2012 Actually my articleship was completed on October 2011 but my articleship is completed along with extension period is 5th March 2012 as my sir is gone out of station whether I can file today Form 108 and is the penalty for the same

Yes, you can file Form-108 with additional fee with concern officers (DCO head) for con donation of delay.

The requests for condonation should be accompanied by the appropriate forms, alongwith prescribed fee, by way of Demand Draft/Local Account Payee Cheque, drawn in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at the cities where the Decentralised Offices of the Institute are located. The applicants are requested to enclose all
relevant information/documents necessary for condonation, alongwith the fee.
