HELLO,RECENTLY I PASSED GRP 2 OF IPCC N MISED GRP1 BY 6 MARKS OF COSTING &FM FOR PASSING.I WANT TO ASK THAT CAN I START ARTICLESHIP RIGHT NOW OFFICIALY???IF NO THEN CAN I START IT AFTER GIVING NOVEMBR PPRS OFFICIALLY???
