25 July 2012 Due to some reasons I could complete only 10months of articleship. Now after 1year, I want to continue my articleship. Will the previously served 10 months be counted in the 3years of articleship?

Yes, it will be count if the Principal give the approval of transfer and sign Form 109. The Institute will also approve transfer for the same.
