08 June 2013 sir i have join my articleship on 25th april but the stamp on from 102 is dated 13th may ... so i want to know my commencement of articleship date which one is applicable ??

08 June 2013 as it is already 30 days completed from the date of joining as an article student you would have posted your form 103 to icai,

So what ever you have mentioned in form 103 will be considered as date of commencement of article training

let me know if you have not yet posted form 103 to icai

08 June 2013 yes i have posted my form 103 to icai . mention date of 25th april as joining .now what shoud i do now ??

08 June 2013 then 25 april will be your date of joining no more confusion as you have not provided form 102 to icai they may not aware
