28 July 2016 hello sir/mam I want to ask a query relating to arrear of salary received in 2015-16. arrear related to 2011 &2012 but exemption limit is exhausted in 2011 &2012 so can I include the acp arrear in the salary income of 2015-16. the salary is of state govt employee

28 July 2016 The choice is with you.....whether to bifurcate the arrears in earlier years OR to show it in the current year i.e. 2015-16.
You can opt for the choice which is beneficial to you, no problem
