I have got letter from ICAI to serve extra leave of one day..Shall I have to serve it?
If yes, Can I serve it under new principal? And Can he take me as an article in excess of his capacity?

yes. you need to serve it and it can be served under new principal. extension period article is not counted against the sanctioned vacancies.
