07 July 2015 I was working in an IT company which had a Bond.The matter was taken to an Arbitrator and after my contesting,the Claimants withdrew the Claim by a Petition,in Aug 2013.Since the Claim was withdrawn,I did not pursue the matter,but no Arbitration Award was received by me.
How can I get an award/release,please advice.

07 July 2015 As the claimants withdrew the claim there will not be any award.

The Company is refusing to give me a release,and wants the Bond money to be paid.What is my recourse?

07 July 2015 Then either you go for arbitration/file a suit in court of law.
