Please let me know the steps to appoint overseas director in Indian company.
Also let me know the documents which we have to obtain from the Overseas director for appointment formalities?

it is no different from appointing an Indian director. However, application for DIN would require documents to be apostiled/notarized in the home country for acceptance.
