Can a director be appointed in backdate. suppose from 12 Jan 2014 if din no. applied on 05 Sep 2014.

As per section 152 (3) of the Companies Act, 2013 No person shall be appointed as a director of a company unless he has been
allotted the Director Identification Number under section 154.
