Appointment of auditors

09 May 2012 Dear sir.,
Due to some implications one private company audit for last three years was not conducted and no returns filed with Roc, No Agm's held for those years

what are violations as per act and penalities?

what is the best remedy for above Problem?

Can we appoint auditors for previous three years at a time on current date?

No, you can not do the all thing which is required to be previously held. As per my suggestion, as it is private company, you do the same as you think and file the same with ROC with additional fee.
