Appointment Director other than mentioned in Form 1A

I've filed form 1A, in which A & B is sujjested as directors. But I want to appoint C in place of B as director. Any body pls. tell me the procedure to be carried out for the same.

simple..after getting COI u should hold Board Meeting and take steps for their appointment.

If the name of C is included in clause 7 of e-form 1A, the proposed change is o.k. Otherwise consent / no objection of B should be obtained to include C and that consent / no objection letter should be attached with the e-form 1 while registering the pvt ltd company.

Yes, you can do so with following procedure
1. Take NOC from all director given in Form 1A that they have no objection on joining of new director whose name was not given in Form 1A.
2. Take consent of director on affidavit that he is not interested to continue as director.
File the same with Form 1 and Form-32 at the time of filing of incorporation documents.

Atleast one promotor whose name is given in form 1A should be there in form 1.
So you can obtain NOC from the director whom you want to replace and file it alongwith Form 1 and other incorporation documents viz., MOA, AOA, Form 32, Form 18, POA, etc.
