19 April 2010 I want to know that whether a member of ICAI holding full-time CoP and being a partner in CA Firm can be appointed as Statutory Auditor in his individual capacity by a company in its Annual General Meeting.

19 April 2010 It will depend whether he is a full time partner in the firm or a non working partner in the firm. If he is employed full time in the firm then not possible and if not then possible.
