Private Limited company wants to appoint a new director from their share holders. What is the procedure? Please provide some draft documents regarding this. Thanks.

first of all get din no of that person. via filling dir -3. appoint him as an additional director in board meeting. file dir - 12. than regularize him in corresponding agm.
