21 December 2012 1. What are the provisions relating to appointment of a minor as a director of the co, public & private co.?
2. what is the meaning of the term proportional representation u/s- 265 of the Companies Act, 1956?

You can not appoint any person as director who has not completed the age of 18 years, because DIN will be allotted to a person who is 18 years old.For more details read Instruction Kit of Form-32.
