23 October 2012 can we inserts in MOA that first 3 director cannot be remove under any condition ?

You can insert such clause in AOA in place of MOA. Before putting this clause you must comply the provision of section 9 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Section 9 deal with overriding effect of Companies Act over Articles of the Company.
