Hello Sir
We have 2 ID proofs but only year mention on it not date and month of birth so what is the correct action in this case to apply PAN.

For date of birth proof driving licence, aadhar card, marriage certificate or 10th certificate is accepted.

We have aadhar card and voter card but only birth year mention on it so how can we apply??

These docs will not be valid for DOB. File any third document as per list, which has full DOB.
