30 November 2011 Section 63 states that dealer is to obtain audit report in case Total Turnover is in excess of rupees 1 crore.

Where is the provision that audit report is to be obtained in case Taxable Turnover is in excess of rupees 20 lacs simultaneously.

That Sec63 has been amended to include in which cases the commissioner can order srutiny or an audit report.Please read rule 31A of Gujrat VAT Rules 2005 which gives you more details.
