Please let me know whether as a Company we have to deduct TDS on the fees we pay to various Forumsfor attending Seminars held by them

Dear Swati
Payment of seminar fees is not subject to service tax.It is not covered under any category.since seminar fees is paid for attending a seminar not fall under TDS on professional Category.
