Applicability of st in freight of excisable

Pls clarify weather ST will be applicable on freight paid to transporter in respect of carrying excisable goods/raw materials,

We are the seller we do not charged
freight in invoice the goods price are
inclusive freight charges however its our
responsibility to carrying the goods at the
Buyer premises hence we have to hire vehicle from transporter also have to paid the freight to transporter for the same. Please let me know in this scanario can we avail input credit of ST or not
