Does Service tax is applicable on authorized two wheeler dealer who sold new bikes and repairs these bikes of a specific brand whose turnover from repairs is below 5 lacs ?

if the turnover is less than Rs 10 lakhs, then you are covered under SSI exemption and you are not liable to pay service tax..
