11 December 2013 it is applicable only for place of profit situation as mentioned therein and not to remuneration of dir in normal course.

What all benefits given to director will be counted as given in place of profit.

17 December 2013 Director remuneration is simply in relation to the sitting fees with other emoluments like monthly payment of fixed sum etc

place of profit like diretors relative is appointed as executive and such events.
