what will be the service tax liability in case of receipt of rent for godown @ rs 50000 per month

if the rent amount is exclusive of service tax then apply 12.36% on Rs 50000
if the amount is inclusive of service tax, then service tax amount shall be Rs 50000*12.36/112.36.
if the amount is inclusive of service tax, then service tax amount shall be Rs 50000*12.36/112.36.
