Please help me regarding applicability of ICDS in may 2016 exam..

Yes it is applicable for your May 2016 examination. You should note that the provisions of income-tax and indirect tax laws, as amended by the Finance Act, 2015, including circulars and notifications issued up to 31st October, 2015, are applicable for May, 2016 examination.
