my attempt is in may 2017 I want to take coaching for idt subject so I want to know whether gst will be applicable for may /Nov 2017 ? plz reply.... thanks in advance

The passage of GST bill is in limbo and only after the bill gets through, there will be some clarity, until then you need to keep waiting.
