ON OF MY CLIENT COMMENCE BUSINESS BUT DISCONTINUE NOW AND ALSO 1 YEAR OF INCORPORATION STILL NOT COMPLETE.PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER FTE SHEME IS APLLICABLE OR NOT.
