Applicability of form 112

i have done M.Com.(EXTERNAL) from Pune University in year 2009-2011. I was registered as an article on 18/09/2007. Do i need to file Form 112. When during my m.com i asked I was not supposed to submit Form 112 & now when i am asking for Membership they are asking for Form 112. PLease Help. My recent Job depends on My Membership No. Thank you.

You need to submit form 112. Submit along with request for condonation of delay along with requisite fees. Check out the details from link given below:
