sir, i just wantrd to know whether companies act 2013 is applicable for dec 14 attempt of cs executive cours, has icsi notified any sections on cl 2013?

not yet,...they are yet to clarify on the same. but it is highly expected to include atleast the 98 sections plus a good chance for the latest 180 sections
