Is Companies Act,2013 applicable in F.Y. 2013-14 to a Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. Co. or will it be applicable in F.Y. 2014-15 onwards.?

It will b applicable from 2014-15. Means it is implemented as & From 01/04/2014.

well 98 sections of the Act were applicable since 13 September 2013 itself.
