Pooja Companies Act 2013, will b applicable form FY - 14-15.

Can u plz provide the notification regarding which is stating that the Companies act 2013 will be applicable for F.Y.2014-15.
and there are also some sections are applicable since sep'2013 to till date.. and many more..
