Kindly advice the applicability of Companies act 2013.
Which sections are applicable on the accounts of year ending on 31.03.2014?
I am really confused regarding this..??
what all the sections are applicable till date?

Can u plz provide the notification regarding which is stating that the Companies act 2013 will be applicable for F.Y.2014-15.

and there are also some sections are applicable since sep'2013 to till date.. and many more..
