11 June 2013 I've heard that the co.s bill will get applicable wef nov 14 ca finals. So is this true i should be waiting fr d bill to pass or can i start studying law from present curiculum.

Today, we can not says that new Companies Act will applicable or not for Nov, 2014.

Wait and watch for new Act.
