Applicability of cash flow statements

(Querist)
27 May 2015 in def u/s 2(40) of companies Act 2013 financial statement includes cash flow statements. Does this mean that cash flow be applicable for private ltd companies (not a small co or a dormant co). if yes does this contradicts applicability under AS ~3, Please advice how to go about dis issue?
