Whether CARO-2003 is applicable for MAY-2015 exam? Because section 227(4A)of the old companies act(i.e. The Companies Act,1956)requires reporting on CARO matters but corresponding new section 143 of The Companies Act,2013 does not mention reporting on CARO. So whether we have to prepare CARO-2003 for MAY-2015 CA FINAL examination or not?

CARO is not applicable for May 2015 CA Final Exam. Check out the amendments issued by ICAI from link given below:

If you remember in amendment issued by ICAI for Nov 2014 it was clearly mentioned that CARO will be applicable, which is not mentioned in the amendments for May 2015.
