Is gst registration applicable for a person providing recruitment sevices to abroad from India?
Does he falls under reverse charge ?
Is composition scheme applicable for such services?
Wats the rate of gst applicable?

12 February 2018 GST not applicable for such service provided. GST registration is required. It will fall under export of service. Furnish letter of undertaking no GST payable.
