DTC is not applicable for this year exams, it is still to be implemented,,

DTC will be applicable or not, or when ?, we can't say in the present non stable political situation of the central Govt.
But for Exam purpose it is certainly not applicable.

DTC only proposed, not in not in existence, so no body can say for applicability of DTC.
