30 January 2011 DTC is not applicable for this year exams, it is still to be implemented,,

30 January 2011 DTC will be applicable or not, or when ?, we can't say in the present non stable political situation of the central Govt.
But for Exam purpose it is certainly not applicable.

You need not to worry till the parliament clears the Bill.

The situation may be clarified by the FM in the forthcoming Budget 2011 session.

30 January 2011 DTC only proposed, not in not in existence, so no body can say for applicability of DTC.
it is conferm that DTC will not applicable in may/nov. 2011 exms.
